The seminar will focus on brand protection and valorization strategies in the current scenario, analyzing the legal implications of patents, trademarks, design and copyright in the fashion industry.
Simona will share her expertise in connection with the protection of fashion creations through three-dimensional trademarks, designs and copyrights. Her analysis will explore, from a legal perspective, how these tools can enhance brand and design protection while meeting the challenges posed by innovation and market dynamics in the fashion industry.
The seminar is in the process of accreditation by the Italian Bar Association and by the Italian Order of IP Consultants.
