Lauren Keller, Counsel of the firm, will attend the conference “The Unitary Patent and the Unified Court” which shall take place at the ODCEC headquarters in Turin, Italy, on 14 November 2024, at 3pm.
Lauren will be taking part in the panel discussion and will be speaking on a comparative analysis of certain aspects of patent infringement cases before US Federal Courts and the UPC.
