C-567/18 Coty/Amazon: Storing goods on behalf of third party vendors does not infringe an EU trade mark

The Court of Justice ruled in the Coty/Amazon case, concerning the interpretation of the notion of trade mark use, relating to the storage of goods in view of putting them on the market, excluding the responsibility of the marketplace.
