Vittorio Vinci
Vittorio Vinci is an associate based in the Turin office. He specializes in contentious and non-contentious IP matters, dealing mainly with the protection of trademarks, patents, design, know-how, domain names, software, copyright and unfair competition. Vittorio also provides assistance to a wide range of clients in the drafting of commercial and IP agreements such as supply, distribution, agency, licensing and R&D, as well as in the mapping and due diligence of intangible assets, with particular reference to know-how. Vittorio has additional expertise in the evaluation and structuring of know-how within client companies, and the use and application of know-how to fiscal incentive initiatives such as the Patent Box and the revaluation of business assets.
He graduated with honours in 2020 from the University of Turin, with a final dissertation titled: "The new rules on confidential business information". During his university career, Vittorio carried out an internship at a leading Italian law firm in the field of commercial and corporate law and represented the University of Turin at the “VII Italian Mediation Competition” hosted by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. He was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2022.
