Vittorio has experience in judicial and extrajudicial IP disputes, dealing mainly with the protection of trademarks, patents, design, know-how, domain names, software, copyright and unfair competition.
Vittorio also assists a wide range of clients in the drafting of commercial and IP agreements such as supply, distribution, agency, licensing and R&D, as well as in the mapping and due diligence of intangible assets, with particular reference to know-how, also in relation to fiscal incentive initiatives such as the Patent Box and the revaluation of business assets.
Vittorio also deals with drafting the terms and conditions for the use of e-commerce websites and the related privacy policies.
Professional Experience
Vittorio joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2019 and has been an Associate in the firm since 2022. He works in the Turin office.
Vittorio joined the firm during his fifth year of university, initially carrying out an internship and then practicing as a trainee lawyer.
In 2017, during his third year of university, Vittorio carried out an additional internship at a leading Italian firm in the field of commercial and corporate law.
Education and Teaching
Law degree with honors from the University of Turin in 2020 with a final dissertation in intellectual property law titled: “The new rules on confidential business information”.
In 2018 and 2019, he was selected to represent the University of Turin at the Italian Mediation Competition at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, where he won two prizes (i.e. third prize and the "best exploration of the interests of others" prize).
In June and July 2018, he attended the "Law and Humanitites" summer school in Nice at the "Universitè Nice Sophia Antipolis".
In 2018, he participated in the European legislative process simulation project (called “EU-MODEL”) as the representative of the Czech Republic in the European Council.

Vittorio is passionate about sports and travelling. He has a keen interest in the world of watchmaking and enjoys reading in his spare time.
