Stefano has experience in the field of industrial and intellectual property law. He mainly deals with the judicial and extra-judicial protection of trademarks, designs, patents, copyrights, know-how and unfair competition in various sectors, ranging from cosmetics to the wine industry, from fashion to pharmaceuticals and the automotive industry. He also deals with international contracts and selective distribution. He is frequently involved in grey market and parallel imports matters.

Stefano is active in anti-counterfeiting and has conducted client training in conjunction with Italian Customs and the Guardia di Finanza.

Professional Experience

Stefano joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2018 and has been an Associate in the firm since 2021. He works in the Turin office.

Education and Teaching

Law degree from the University of Turin in 2018 with honors and distinction.

While at university, Stefano furthered his studies in Beijing and Moscow, and - after graduating in 2018 - he obtained a certificate of high qualification from the Turin School of Advanced Studies.

In 2019, he was a fellow at the University of Turin for the International Law and New Technologies course.

Professional Affiliations

Stefano has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2021.

He is a member of UGIVI (Union of Vine and Wine Jurists).

Publications and Recognition

Stefano is a speaker at intellectual property conferences and actively assists his working group’s Partner in the preparation of international conferences on various intellectual property issues.
