Olympe Vanner
Olympe Vanner became a partner of the firm in 2013.
For more than fifteen years, Olympe has been assisting her clients in the protection and defense of their intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks, patents and copyrights, as well as in related actions such as unfair competition and piracy.
She regularly advises a wide range of clients from the automotive, luxury goods, fashion, pharmaceutical and food industries, representing them before the French and European courts and in administrative proceedings.
Olympe regularly handles cases involving online infringement, in particular via third-party platforms, as well as proceedings relating to domain names.
In addition to her litigation experience, Olympe also has extensive expertise in contractual matters applied to intellectual property.
Olympe graduated in 2005 from the University of Paris 2 - Panthéon-Assas (France) with a postgraduate degree in Multimedia and Information Technology Law.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006.
Before joining Jacobacci in 2009, Olympe VANNER practiced at Gilbey de Haas.
