Nicoletta Galizia
Nicoletta specialises in Intellectual Property rights and has also gained extensive experience in commercial law. She assists national and foreign clients in IP litigation, and advises them on issues involving software and trade secret protection, licensing issues and brand enforcement, designs and patents, as well as on copyright, art and cultural assets. She is also active in drafting and negotiating distribution, licensing and technology transfer agreements.
Nicoletta graduated in law from the University of Urbino in 1996 and was admitted to the (Turin) Bar in 1999. She lectured in employment law at the School of Business Administration (SAA) in Cuneo and Biella in 1999/2000, during which time she also worked as a tutor under the Chair of Employment law at the University of Turin, Faculty of Economics.
