Matteo collaborates in the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes relating to the field of intellectual property law (with reference also to the protection of new plant varieties) and commercial law (including national and international debt collection).
He is acquiring particular expertise in the drafting of licensing, confidentiality, non-competition and coexistence agreements concerning IP rights and copyright, as well as commercial transactions.
Professional Experience
Matteo has been a Trainee with the firm since November 2024 and is based in the Turin office.
During his university years, he was also a part of the Legal Clinic “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Law Lab”, where he focused on drafting specialized legal opinion in the areas of commercial law and new technologies.
Education and Teaching
Matteo graduated in law from the University of Turin in September 2024.
