Martina assists in intellectual property dispute resolution, both in and out of court, with a particular emphasis on the protection of trademarks, patents, copyright, unfair competition and anti-counterfeiting matters.
Since starting with the Firm, Martina has been closely involved in trademark, design and copyright issues in the fashion and jewellery industries.
Professional Experience
Martina has been a Trainee with the Firm since December 2023 and is based in the Turin office.
Education and Teaching
Law degree (with honors) from the University of Turin in 2023.
During her time at university, she took part in several national competitions focused on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Specifically, Martina has taken part in the Italian Mediation Competition (CIM) and the Italian Negotiation Competition (CNN).
In 2022, Martina completed an internship at a leading Italian firm in the automotive industry.
Professional Affiliations
She has been a member of the Turin Bar Association as a trainee lawyer since December 2023.
Passions and Interests
Martina is passionate about sports.
She has been a high-level competitive swimmer for many years and an assistant coach for her local swimming team.
In her spare time, Martina enjoys cooking and art. She is also interested in haute couture.
