Leone Cei

Leone collaborates in the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes, particularly in the field of intellectual and industrial property, with particular reference to the protection of: trademarks and domain names, designs, patents, know-how and software, as well as in the field of anti-counterfeiting.

He also assists in the strategic analysis and due diligence of IP portfolios, including in connection with extraordinary transactions. Finally, he deals with commercial contracts and corporate compliance in relation to intangible assets.

Professional Experience

Leone has been a Trainee with the firm since May 2023 and is based in the Milan office.

He previously worked at a leading law firm in Milan.

Since June 2023, he has collaborated with “Giurisprudenza delle Imprese” in the drafting of the maxims of the judgments and orders issued by the specialised corporate sections of the main Italian courts.

Education and Teaching

Law degree from the University of Milan in 2021.

He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association as a trainee lawyer since December 2021.
