Leone Cei is a trainee lawyer based in the Milan office, performing judicial and extrajudicial activity in intellectual and industrial property law, with particular reference to aspects concerning the protection of trademarks, patents, designs, know-how and software. He graduated in Law at the University of Milan in October 2021, with dissertation “Copyright in the Fashion Industry”.
During his fourth year of university, he started his professional career by carrying out a one-year curricular internship in civil law at the law firm Marco Valente.
From October 2021 to April 2023 he practiced law at the law firm Gattai, Minoli, Partners, collaborating with the department of industrial law and new technologies. During this professional experience he regularly carried out due diligence activities, acquiring specific skills in the management of the IP portfolio of companies involved in extraordinary transactions.
Leone has been working with Studio Legale Jacobacci & Associati since May 1th, 2023.
