Lauren Rose Keller is a counsel of the firm based at the Turin office, specializing in IP litigation matters and international contractual agreements, with extensive experience working closely with Italian and foreign clients in cross-border IP matters. Lauren was admitted to both the California and Nevada Bar Associations in 2010, became a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2015, and has been qualified to practice as an Italian attorney before the Turin Bar since 2017. She joined the firm in 2012.

Lauren Rose Keller
Lauren is an American attorney, Solicitor of England and Wales and an Italian-qualified attorney, specialized in IP litigation matters and international contractual agreements. She has extensive experience in working closely with Italian and foreign clients in cross-border IP matters, including advising non-Italian clients in IP litigation in Italy.
She is also specialized in drafting and negotiating cross-border commercial contracts, advising clients in particular with respect to IP-sharing, R&D agreements, licensing and distribution agreements regarding trademark, design and patent rights between parties in Italy, Europe, and the United States. She additionally consults on unfair competition as well as internal IP policy management for companies.
Lauren received her degree in law from University of Hastings, College of the Law, in San Francisco, California in 2009, with a specialization in International and Comparative law. She additionally received a degree in Cognitive Science from University of California, Berkeley (2004) and holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law, Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin in partnership with the International Labor Organization (2012).
Lauren is qualified to practice law in the United States (member of the California and Nevada Bar Associations since 2010), England and Wales (member of the Role of Solicitors since 2015) and Italy (registered with the Bar of Turin since 2017).
In addition to her work with clients, Lauren is also an adjunct professor at the University of Turin, School of Management (SAA) teaching coursework on European Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Business Law. She additionally lectures in certain specialized courses in intellectual property organized by the Institute of European Studies (IUSE), a collaboration of the University of Turin.
Lauren is a member of Marques, INTA, AIPLA and AIPPI.
