Giovanni's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, patents, know-how and unfair competition, assisting national and international clients.
Giovanni has particular experience in the field of contracts, including international contracts, and in particular in the organisation of events related to the world of luxury and fashion. As part of his expertise, Giovanni is interested in negotiating, drafting and reviewing licensing and distribution agreements, with a particular focus on selective distribution agreements in the perfume and cosmetics sector.
He also handles disputes in the pharmaceutical field, in particular with regard to regulatory issues and administrative law in dealing with the competent authorities.

Professional experience
Giovanni is an Associate of the firm since 2024 and is based in the Turin office.
Before joining the Firm in February 2020, Giovanni completed an 18-month internship at the Turin Court of Appeal, Civil Section II, under Article 73 of Law 98/2013.
Education
Giovanni received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Turin in 2018.
He has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2024.
