Giovanni deals with trademarks, copyright, patents, know-how and unfair competition, assisting national and international clients, with particular reference to judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution.
Giovanni has experience in contractual matters, also on an international level, and in the organisation of events related to the world of luxury goods and fashion. As part of his expertise, he negotiates, drafts and reviews licensing and distribution agreements, in particular selective distribution agreements in the perfume and cosmetics industries.
He also deals with disputes in the field of pharmaceuticals, in particular with regard to issues of regulatory and administrative compliance in the client’s interaction with the competent public authorities.
Professional Experience
Giovanni joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2020 and has been an Associate in the firm since 2024. He works in the Turin office.
Before joining the firm, Giovanni completed an 18-month internship pursuant to Article 73 of Law 98/2013 with the Turin Court of Appeal, Second Civil Division.
Education and Teaching
Law degree with honors from the University of Turin in 2018.
