Ettore has extensive experience in the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of disputes concerning patents, trademarks, know-how, trade secrets, design, copyright and software, including creative commons licenses, assisting both Italian and foreign clients. He also has significant expertise in the field of photographers’ rights and regulatory compliance in connection with cosmetics advertising, as well as in anti-counterfeiting matters and Italian and European customs enforcement actions.He also deals with unfair competition and consumer protection matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, including licenses and assignments of industrial property rights and coexistence agreements.
