Elena Prandoni

Elena has experience in resolving disputes in the field of industrial property, both in and out of court, concerning trademarks, patents, designs, domain names and advertising.

In particular, she deals with anti-counterfeiting strategies, both in the context of trade fairs and in the handling of applications to Customs Authorities.

Elena has also developed significant expertise in arbitration proceeding.

Professional Experience

Elena joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2012 and has been a senior associate in the firm since 2024. She works in the Milan office as a member of the German Desk.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Elena worked with Hogan Attorney at Law in Saint Louis, Missouri and collaborated with a number of Italian and international firms specialising in intellectual property, including Roedl &Partner.

Elena has been lecturing in the field of trademark law in the context of an LLM titled 'Giuristi e Consulenti d'Impresa' at the Università degli Studi Roma TRE since 2020 and in the field of patents at the LLM titled 'Industrial Design Engineering and Innovation' at Polidesign - Politecnico di Milano since 2021.

Law degree from the University of Milan in 2011.

Elena has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2015.

She is a member of LIDC, International League of Competition Law.

Elena has taken part as a speaker in a number of seminars and conferences.
