Edoardo deals with issues related to judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution in intellectual property matters, with particular reference to trademarks and other distinctive signs, patents, design, copyright, know-how, software and unfair competition.

Professional Experience

Edoardo joined the firm in 2024 and works in the Turin office.

Previously, Edoardo has worked with leading law firms specialized in intellectual property and commercial law, both in litigation and out-of-court counseling, including the drafting of opinions.

Edoardo has also gained experience in drafting commercial contracts, such as NDA, agency and distribution agreements, as well as contracts for the exploitation of intellectual property rights, including franchising and licensing.

Education and Teaching

Edoardo graduated with honors in law in 2016 from the University of Bologna, discussing a thesis on comparative copyright law.

In 2016, Edoardo also earned an LLM (Master of Law) in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London.

Professional Affiliations

In 2020, he qualified as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Bologna.

Edoardo was admitted to the Bar of Ravenna in 2021.

Passions and Interests

Edoardo is passionate about music, particularly rock and jazz, and movies.
