Edoardo Badiali
Edoardo joined the firm in 2024 and is based in the Turin office.
Previously, Edoardo worked with leading law firms specialising in intellectual property and commercial law, both in litigation and out-of-court advice, including the drafting of opinions.
Edoardo has also gained experience in drafting commercial contracts, such as NDAs, agency and distribution agreements, as well as contracts for the exploitation of intellectual property rights, including franchising and licensing.
Edoardo graduated cum laude in law from the University of Bologna in 2016, with a thesis on comparative copyright law.
In 2016, Edoardo also earned an LLM (Master of Law) in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London.
He has been a member of the Ravenna Bar Association since 2021.
