Daniela Gervasio

Daniela specializes in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters with particular emphasis on trademarks and unfair competition. She also manages anticounterfeiting strategies including customs, civil and criminal proceedings, for which she liases with Customs, Police and judicial authorities.

Before joining Jacobacci in 2013, Daniela has acquired a considerable experience in administrative law and in particular in public utilities and contracts, working in a law firm specialized in this area.

She graduated in law from the University of Turin in 2009 and was admitted to the (Turin) Bar in 2012
