Chiara has extensive experience in various areas of intellectual property and commercial law, devoting herself to the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes.
During her practice, she has assisted a wide range of clients, from private entrepreneurs to multinational corporations, supporting them in the day-to-day management of legal issues, as well as long-term strategies.
In the judicial field, she has been involved in litigation of international significance involving collective trademarks and mechanical patents.
Chiara is also dedicated to national and international contract law, supporting her clients in drafting agreements such as supply, distribution, agency, licensing, and research and development. She also aids companies operating in the e-commerce sector, for which she drafts a wide range of contracts.
Regarding her expertise in protecting know-how, she prepares specific measures and strategies to protect corporate trade secrets, ranging from drafting individual confidentiality agreements to corporate policies.
Professional Experience
Chiara joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2003 and has been a Counsel in the firm since 2024. She works in the Turin office.
As a visiting foreign lawyer at Taylor Wessing's London office in 2009, she was involved in a copyright dispute between a leading UK newspaper and an international music star.
Education and Teaching
Chiara received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Turin in 2003.
