Chiara joined the firm in 2003 and has gained significant experience, both in contentious and non-contentious matters, in all areas of industrial and intellectual property
She has been involved in litigation of international relevance, in particular concerning collective trademarks and mechanical patents
Chiara assists a wide range of clients, from individual entrepreneurs to multinational companies, in drafting commercial and IP agreements such as supply, distribution, agency, licensing and R&D
She also focuses on the protection of know-how, drafting specific measures and strategies to protect trade secrets
Chiara graduated in law, cum laude, from the University of Turin in 2003, with a dissertation on "Community and international exhaustion of trademark law". She has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2007
She was a visiting foreign lawyer at Taylor Wessing, London office, in 2009.
