Charlotte handles both contentious and non-contentious matters including copyrights, trademarks and design law, for French and international clients. She also assists clients on unfair competition and consumer issues.
Before joining the Jacobacci firm in October 2021, she practiced as an in-house counsel in a French global beauty company, focusing in particular on image rights and copyright issues.
She also had several work experiences within IP departments of Anglo-Saxon and French law firms.
Charlotte was admitted to the (Paris) Bar in 2021. She graduated in 2017 from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg. She also holds a Postgraduate Degree in International Business Law (University of Toulouse 1 Capitole) and a Masters Degree in International Business Law completed at the Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane, Australia).
