Barbara La Tella is a partner at the Turin office. She specializes in IP and copyright as well as commercial law, particularly in the pharmaceutical field. Barbara La Tella
Barbara has significant experience in trademark and patent law as well as in commercial law. She works primarily in litigation (both civil and criminal) but also practices in non-contentious matters, with a local and international client base.
Barbara has extensive and specialised experience in the pharmaceutical field, particularly with reference to patents and regulatory matters. She has been assisting leading companies in the pharmaceutical field for several years, both in litigation and non-contentious matters.
Barbara has matured a significant experience in privacy law, assisting domestic and foreign companies in complying with it, with specific reference, in the recent years, to the relationship "privacy/internet."
She graduated in law with honours from the University of Turin in 1997 and from the School of Business Administration (SAA) in 1997/1998 with a Post-graduate Masters "In House Counsel". She was admitted to the Bar (Turin) in 2001 and to the Supreme Court in 2013.
Her previous work experience includes a secondment with the HR department of a member company of the Fiat group, Iveco S.p.A., and another with the London office of the English law firm Addleshaw Goddard in 2004.
