Arda deals with all aspects of industrial property both in and out of court and has developed experience in patent and trade secrets litigation.
Arda assists his clients, both multinational and local entities, in developing strategies that best suit their specific needs. Convinced of the importance of interpersonal relationships in the professional sphere, clients recognize his expertise and communication and problem solving skills, also thanks to his natural inclination towards empathy.

Arda joined Jacobacci Avvocati in 2014 and has been a senior associate in the firm since 2024. He works in the Turin office.
Education and Teaching
Arda graduated in law from the University of Turin with a final dissertation on trademarks in 2012.

Arda has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2014.
Arda manages the Firm's relations with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul.
He is a member of AIPPI and he is included in the register of the lawyers recommended by the Consulate General of Turkey in Milan.
