Angela Saltarelli
Angela has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, gained over fifteen years of work in leading international firms, both in litigation and transactional matters, as well as in the area of extraordinary transactions. Angela has unique and widely recognized expertise in the areas of copyright law, art law and cultural heritage, advising clients on issues relating to the circulation, management, and protection of art assets, as well as the contractual and legal issues related to national and international exhibitions and cultural events. Angela has also gained experience in estate planning, succession planning and trusts.

Angela Saltarelli
Angela also advises on complex commercial agreements, issues related to the provision of services in the digital environment, technology contracts, ICT systems, e-commerce, audiovisual commercial communication and sports law.

Angela has been Counsel of the firm since 2024 and works in the Rome Office.
In the past, Angela worked as corporate counsel for Lux Vide, a Fremantle company, and with several well-known international firms based in Italy, including Jacobacci Avvocati.
Outside of the office, Angela is an adjunct professor at the University Luiss Guido Carli where she teaches the bachelor’s degree course “Cultural Heritage Policies and Management for Art and Food”, and is a lecturer on art law and copyright in the Master’s Course (LL.M.) on Art Law.
Angela is also an adjunct professor at the University of Turin, School of Management (SAA), teaching art law and wealth management in the post graduate Master’s course.
She additionally lectures in certain specialized courses on art law, cultural heritage and intellectual property organized by the 24Ore Business School.
Angela received her Juris Doctor in Law with honors from University of Turin in 2004, with a specialization in International Art Law.
Angela also holds a Diploma from the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions at the University of Turin (2006).
Finally, she holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (2010).
Angela is qualified to practice law in Italy, and has been registered with the Turin Bar Association since 2008.
Angela is an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Art (Rotterdam) and the Venice Chamber of Commerce (Art Section).
Angela is a member of ALAI, Business Jus (Art Law Committee).
Angela is a frequent speaker on various topics related to intellectual property, art and cultural heritage law.
