Andrea assists in the resolution of disputes, both in and out of court, concerning trademarks, domain names, patents, know-how and unfair competition, as well as in the field of anti-counterfeiting, in particular with customs authorities and at trade fairs.
He also deals with contract law and data protection.

Andrea has been a Trainee with the Firm since November 2021 and is based in the Milan office.
Prior to this, he worked as an in-house lawyer at a leading law firm in Milan.

Law degree from the University of Milan in December 2021.
Andrea graduated from Sole24ORE Business School with a Master's degree as 'Legal Tech Expert' in 2022, acquiring specific skills in AI, privacy and cybersecurity.

He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association as a trainee lawyer since January 2022.
