Alexia de Maulde

Alexia de Maulde is a partner of the firm.

She specialises in intellectual property litigation, including copyright, design, trademark and patent law.

She has acquired significant experience in the fight against counterfeiting and thus defines the strategies of the firm's French and foreign clients operating in the cosmetics, fashion, luxury goods and pharmaceutical sectors.

She assists them in on-line or on-site investigations, customs surveillance and subsequent proceedings. In addition to civil proceedings, Alexia handles a large number of criminal cases.

Alexia also conducts and takes part in important discussions with the main public authorities on behalf of her clients in order to strengthen the fight against counterfeiting.

Since 2019, Alexia leads the firm's anti-counterfeiting team.

She graduated with honours in 2006 with a Master's degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the University Paul Cézanne in Aix en Provence, as well as a diploma in legal and business consulting from the Institute of Business Law in Aix en Provence. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2009.
