After starting her career in the field of Labor Law, Nicoletta has dedicated the last 20 years of her career to developing significant expertise in the area of Intellectual Property and Commercial Law, both in litigation and transactional matters. She represents domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of issues relating to industrial designs, patents, trademarks, protection of know-how and geographical indications, copyrights, cultural heritage rights, advertising and competition.

She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as distribution, coexistence, franchising, licensing and technology transfer agreements.

Nicoletta is known for her rigorous work ethic and attention to detail, which she applies to every case that comes across her desk. She is a skilled strategist, never losing sight of the client’s objectives and priorities, a focus she shares with all her clients, whether they are individuals, SMES or multinationals.

Nicoletta has been a partner in the firm since 2019 and is based in the Turin office.

Education and Teaching

Law degree from the University of Urbino in 1996.

Between 1999-2000 Nicoletta was a lecturer in labor law at the School of Business Administration in Cuneo and Biella, and an assistant professor at the University of Turin, Faculty of Economics and Business, Chair of Labor Law.

Professional Affiliations

Nicoletta is also a member of the Italian Court of Cassation; she has been an active member of the Turin Bar Association since 1999.

Nicoletta has been a member of MARQUES since 2010. After a long tenure on the Emerging Issues Team, she has served on the Copyright Committee since 2023.

Passions and Interests

Nicoletta enjoys hiking in the mountains and skiing. When she can’t be outside, she can be found reading, listening to music and attending the theater.
