Massimo Introvigne
Massimo Introvigne is a trademark attorney and was one of the founders of the firm in 1996. He is now Of Counsel for the firm. He specializes in anti-counterfeiting strategies and the protection of IP on the Internet. He graduated from the University of Turin Law School in 1979, and holds a B.A.degree (honours) in Philosophy and is also a well published Professor of Sociology.

Massimo Introvigne
Massimo specializes in anti-counterfeiting strategies and in the protection of intellectual property on the Internet, most notably in the area of domain names, cybersquatting and trademark piracy, particularly in China and Latin America.
He has served as a panelist in some of the most well-known domain name administrative proceedings under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy, including the case of euro2000.com, connected with the 2000 European Football Championships.
Massimo is a frequently called upon speaker at international conferences on intellectual property matters, including those organized by the Fordham University Intellectual Property Law Center, AIPLA, and INTA.
He graduated with a law degree from the University of Turin Law School in 1979 and from the Gregorian University in Rome with a B.A. degree (honours) in Philosophy (1975). He has a second string to his bow, as a Professor of Sociology, and has authored some 40 books and more than 100 articles in international peer-reviewed journals in this field of study.
